Our Fees

The Culinary Dietitian currently offers telehealth, phone, and home/community visits.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm AEST

Private Fees: $150per hour inclusive of note writing, for all personal nutrition services. Additional travel charges may apply for home/community visits, which will be discussed at the time of booking.

Appointment Length:

  • Initial Appointments: 1 hour

  • Review Appointments: 30 minutes

  • Initial Culinary Nutrition Appointments: 1 hour 30 minutes

Cancellations and Payments

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations to allow others the opportunity to book.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • $50 for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • Full appointment fee for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Invoices will be issued on the day of the appointment, with payment required within 7 days. Preferred payment method is direct bank transfer. Credit card (VISA/Mastercard) and PayPal payments are available upon request.

Private Health Fund Rebates and Medicare

We are affiliated with all major health funds. Your eligibility for a rebate will depend on your level of extras cover. Please reach out to your health fund provider to verify your rebate eligibility before scheduling an appointment.

Full payment is required at the time of service, and you can claim for the services received through your health fund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare referrals at this moment.
