Designed for participants who want to build practical kitchen skills in a fun, supportive environment. Across 5 weeks, we’ll explore a range of cooking techniques and styles, with nutrition education woven into each session.

Facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and experienced Chef : blending hands-on cookery with expert nutrition knowledge.

What you’ll gain:

  • Confidence in the kitchen: learn to follow recipes, use kitchen tools safely, and try new techniques with guidance.

  • Stronger nutrition knowledge: discover the role of different food groups and what makes up a balanced plate.
