What: 5-week accessible cookery course
When: Tuesday afternoons, 3–4:30pm | Starting 18th November
Where: North Nowra Community Centre
Who: Designed for participants who want to build practical kitchen skills in a fun, supportive environment. Across 5 weeks, we’ll explore a range of cooking techniques and styles, with nutrition education woven into each session.

Facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and experienced Chef : blending hands-on cookery with expert nutrition knowledge.

What you’ll gain:
